Elevating Mission-Driven WOC Entrepreneurs to Sustainable Six-Figure Success

You asked for it. We made it.

For years, graduates from other Embrace Change coaching programs were looking for tactical business coaching tailored to WOC entrepreneurs. Traditional business coaching programs simply do not adequately account for the realities of running and growing a business as a WOC Founder or CEO.

Because the way we must navigate the world is different. And so the way we operate is different. And the way we do business must also be different.

So we created Business Foundations–a small-cohort program designed for mission-driven WOC entrepreneurs who are looking to grow their businesses to sustainable six figures year-over-year.

This one-of-a-kind business coaching program is led by our Founder, Cynthia Pong, JD, who blazed her own entrepreneurial path, growing Embrace Change into an award-winning career coaching and training firm–and an entire ecosystem for BIWOC–that has:

  • redistributed $2.5M to BIPOC individuals

  • landed State and local government contracts

  • sustained an all-BIPOC coaching team, and

  • regularly delivers trainings, workshops, and events across the US and globally.

This program is for you if:

  • you are WOC entrepreneur

  • you have been running a business for at least one year

  • you have at least $40,000 in annual business revenue (or at least $20,000 in revenue from a growing side hustle)

  • you are able to commit at least 5 hours per week to work on yourself and your business

  • your nervous system is fried from the last few years (or you don’t want it to be fried from the toll of being an ambitious WOC business owner in this economic landscape)

  • you love to encourage–and be supported by!–other WOC entrepreneurs

As someone committed to accessibility, I kept my rates lower than market rate for my services. Through Business Foundations, I realized that in making my rates as accessible as possible, I wasn't honoring my skills and expertise nor was I accommodating myself and what I need to earn to maintain a sustainable business. – Dra. One 90-minute group coaching session every month (2 90-minute group coaching sessions upon graduating Phase 1)

Business Foundations is a psychologically safe space where BIPOC entrepreneurs learn how to grow themselves and their businesses–while breaking generational cycles around shame, hyper self-criticism, and self-judgment.

What is the investment?

The investment for Business Foundations is $800 per month with a 6-month minimum commitment.

Business Foundations cohort members earn tens of thousands more in revenue, in the way that they want (i.e., without burning themselves out, without compromising their values, without spending many more years “figuring things out on their own”).
