This Shipping Policy applies to all physical products purchased from Embrace Change Consulting LLC.

Processing & Fulfillment Times

Physical products, including print-on-demand books, are produced and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners.

Estimated processing time:

  • Orders are typically processed and sent to print or fulfillment within 2–5 business days after purchase.

Processing times may vary based on order volume, availability, and fulfillment partner capacity.

Estimated Shipping Times

Once an order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: approximately 5–10 business days

  • International orders (if available): approximately 10–21 business days

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on product type, destination, and shipping method.

  • Shipping for U.S. orders is free.

  • International shipping costs is USD14.95.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout and are non-refundable.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Embrace Change is not responsible for:

  • Delays, lost shipments, or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Orders returned to the sender due to address errors

Additional shipping fees may apply if a replacement shipment is requested due to address inaccuracies.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your physical item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

We will review your request and, if applicable, coordinate a replacement through our fulfillment partner. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has shipped, Embrace Change is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Delivery issues beyond our control

We encourage customers to monitor tracking information and contact the carrier directly for delivery updates.
