Fanny García, MA

Fanny Julissa García is a story facilitator, expert interviewer, and oral historian who values the art of listening, the craft of interview preparation, and the advantages of achieving engaged conversation.

As an award-winning oral historian, she brings unique perspectives gained from interviewing more than 200 people over the course of a 20-year career in the non-profit and for-profit sectors.

Using real world examples, Fanny provides knowledge that sheds light on how the interview can uncover hidden talents and skills in potential employees which can benefit the company’s mission and vision. She coaches with passion, guiding her clients to effectively overhaul their employee hiring and retention through transformative interviewing practices.

Her formative higher education experiences were achieved at UCLA and Columbia University.
