1. The podcast I am currently obsessed with: Emotions Part One from Invisibilia, an NPR podcast. We have way more control over our emotions than we may think.

2. This Tricycle article will teach you how to hack and gamify your way to healthy life habits. (Hint: It has to do with using "ludicrously small habits" like 2 pushups a day or flossing a single tooth!)

3. A practical and useful Q+A with communication expert Barbara Tannenbaum on how to be a powerful communicator. Tips include cutting the word "just" out of your vocabulary and repeating things 2 to 4 times if you want people to remember what you say.
