He is an astute listener, and during each of our sessions together, he was able to help me make sense of my thoughts and pinpoint areas of growth. He demonstrates a generosity of spirit that I have experienced only rarely in my work with other coaches, and he creates a space of absolute trust. “Vince is a skilled and experienced coach who excels in many areas! To name a few, he cultivates trust and safety in the coaching relationship. He holds a space that is open, exploratory and non-judgmental, which allows me to openly share and explore any feelings or ideas in a safe and open space. In each session, he partners with me to clearly define my goals and desired outcomes and partners with me to work towards those goals in each session.
