The Platinum tier of the Embrace Change Coaching Certification (ECCC) program has a total program investment of $25,000.

Tuition is payable in three installments: $10,000, $10,000, and $5,000.

This checkout is for the second installment of $10,000 only.

If accepted, enrollment is contingent upon successful processing of ECCC tuition. The remaining $5,000 installment is due separately, in accordance with the enrollment terms.

Platinum Tier — Certification + Client-Ready Business Build (Limited Enrollment)

A one-time, high-touch pathway for coaches who want to graduate ECCC with a fully built, client-ready coaching business—and hands-on support to land their first three clients.

This tier is capped at a maximum of 3 participants per year and is designed for coaches who want structure, speed, and ownership—done for you.

In addition to everything included in the full ECCC, ICF-accredited coach training program, Platinum participants receive:

Business Setup & Infrastructure (Done For You)

  • One-page coaching website

  • Coaching bio and positioning copy

  • Coaching values articulation

  • Calendar scheduling system setup

  • Invoice template

  • Actionable advice on basic business setup workflows

Client Acquisition Support

  • Step-by-step walkthrough to help you secure your first 3 paying coaching clients

  • You are supported through the process—but you are responsible for closing your own clients

Ownership & Payment

  • One-time payment

  • You own all assets outright (website, templates, copy, systems)

  • Payment financing option available

Brand & Visibility Support

  • Curated list of recommended experts

  • Two reusable social media templates to support your launch

Important Notes

  • Paid ads, advanced social media strategy, or campaign management are not included (available at additional cost)

  • Passing the ICF credentialing exam is not guaranteed—but you will be taught how to build a real coaching practice regardless of credentialing timeline

Program Scope & Completion

This is not an ongoing retainer.

This is not a Done With You service that leaves you with a ton of legwork to achieve the above deliverables.

The Platinum experience concludes once you:

  • Complete ECCC certification requirements and

  • Are walked through the process of securing your first three clients

At that point, you may choose to re-up for continued support at an optional monthly rate (details provided separately).

What Platinum Includes from ECCC

Platinum participants receive the entire ECCC program, including:

  • 73.84 hours of ICF-accredited coach-specific education

  • 70+ total student contact hours

  • Live, synchronous training sessions (40+ hours)

  • Asynchronous coursework (30 hours)

  • Instruction by ICF-credentialed Faculty who are coaches of color

  • A provided ICF-credentialed BIPOC Mentor Coach

  • 11 hours of Mentor Coaching (group and individual)

  • Peer coaching practice

  • Homework assignments (readings, videos, reflection exercises)

  • Final coach performance evaluations

Eligibility & Delivery

  • No pre-requisites required

  • Delivered fully virtually via Zoom

  • Program taught entirely in English

  • Graduates earn:

    • Embrace Change Coaching Certification

    • Eligibility to pursue the ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential
